We have mats available for use, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also have props like blocks and straps available.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are great since the Dandenongs can be cool, especially in the mornings.

I'm a complete beginner. Which class should I start with?

Our Gentle Yoga and Hatha classes are perfect for beginners. All classes welcome beginners, and I provide modifications for every pose.

Since we don't take payments upfront, you can cancel your booking anytime through your dashboard. This helps ensure spots are available for others.
